3. Product Accuracy, Imagery & Pricing
Homeware & Furniture Variations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products (including furniture and mattresses). However, because wood grains, fabric textures, and digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour or texture will be 100% accurate.
Pricing Updates: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Pricing Errors: In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we are not legally bound to fulfill the order at the incorrect price, provided a contract has not yet been formed (see Section 4). We will notify you of the error and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our final legal acceptance of your order.

A legally binding contract between Comfy Living Limited and you is only formed when we credit your payment card and dispatch your goods from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to: stock unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.
5. Deliveries & Heavy Goods
Delivery Access: Because we specialize in furniture and large homeware goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that items ordered can fit through doorways, stairwells, and corridors into your property.
Failed Deliveries: If a scheduled courier delivery fails because nobody was home to accept it, or because the items could not physically fit into the property, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee or deduct a standard return transit fee (up to £30) from your refund if the order has to be cancelled as a result.
6. Consumer Rights & Statutory Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your legal statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty Goods: Furniture and mattresses must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is found to be inherently faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
To submit false or misleading information;
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

Comfy Living Limited does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Comfy Living Limited, our directors, officers, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service. Our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the total price paid for the goods ordered.
